We’re looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing sales activities, and supporting tender and contract processes to drive company growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and markets.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, exhibitions, and company events.
• Track tender opportunities and liaise with clients or authorities for clarifications and briefings.
• Ensure timely and accurate tender submissions and support contract negotiations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a theoretical understanding of Computing & Engineering.
• Self-motivated, systematic, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel and possession of a valid Malaysian I/C and driving license.
