Position: HR Admin

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily HR operations and administrative functions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and retention process, including reviewing job advertisements,
screening CVs, conducting interviews, background checks, onboarding, orientation, and training for
new employees, and actively participating in staff retention efforts. - Responsible for day-to-day administration, including general administration support data entry in
record keeping and maintaining a good filing system to ensure efficient operation of the office. - Handle license renewals and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain an up-to-date and organized employee database.
- Process payroll, including issuing paychecks, tracking deductions, and submitting payroll taxes.
- Search and prepare tender documents.
- Assist accounting roles.
- Utilize Company CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in business administration/HR or any related field.
- Knowledge in Microsoft 365 tools/CRM/accounting terms preferred
- Willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in Malay.

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating sales leads.
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide our product information.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and follow up on leads via phone, email, or in person.
- Share our product information with potential customers through various channels (social media, email, calls).
- Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials.
- Travel to client locations using personal transport to provide product demonstrations and basic training.

- Prepare Software Development documents (e.g., SRS, SDD, Data Dictionary, ERD, etc.).
- Involve in handling client requirements and specifications and prepare documentations for developers to follow.
- Analyze project requirements, specifications, and conduct research about the existing/new systems.
- Assist in preparing any other documentation related to the job as instructed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
