4. Appointment & Communication

  • Any booked appointment or demo session is subject to confirmation and availability.

  • The Company may reschedule or cancel appointments if necessary.

  • Users consent to being contacted regarding inquiries, appointments, support, or related services.

5. Payment Terms

  • Any quotation, invoice, or payment terms provided by the Company must be complied with accordingly.

  • Late payments may result in delays, suspension, or termination of services.

  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All software, designs, documents, content, branding, materials, and systems provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any Company materials without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during communications, projects, demos, or service engagements.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Third-party failures

  • Security breaches outside reasonable control

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Users acknowledge that no online system or service can guarantee 100% uptime or security.

9. Privacy

Information submitted by users may be collected and used for operational, communication, support, security, and service improvement purposes in accordance with applicable laws and privacy practices.

10. Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any service or system for violations of these Terms & Conditions or for any unlawful or abusive activity.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
